Hi there,

We're so happy that you're here! You've just taken the first step in creating positive change to your health, and your family's health. 

We started this journal because we have so much to say, and so much to share. This is a gentle, grounded space for anyone on a journey toward natural healing. We are going to help you find your best self. Whether you're just starting to make changes or you're deep into your wellness journey, we hope you'll feel supported here. 

We started Ren Wellness, because we are so passionate about the body and its incredible ability to self-heal. However, unless we give our body the right environment, it's going to really struggle. We are going to help you create a life free from harmful chemicals, filled with nourishing foods and surrounded by intention, stillness and nature. 

Through daily, mindful practices rooted in self-love and awareness, we believe healing is accessible to everyone, if we can just get back to the way nature intended us to live.

What can you expect from this journal?

  • Advice on reading ingredient labels, identifying the harmful ones and reducing toxins in your daily life. 
  • Reflections on mindfulness, nature and encouragement to slow down. 
  • Personal experiences with both mental and physical health struggles, how we have overcome them and how we avoid potential triggers. (We will stay behind the scenes for a short time.)
  • So much more.

We don't want to tell you what to do, we want to walk alongside you. To offer encouragement, support and resources that allow you to realign with yourself and feel your best.
