Welcome to ren. wellness. These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations that come with visiting our website and using any of our offerings. By choosing to browse, purchase, or interact with us through this site, you’re agreeing to the terms below. This website and store are operated by Ren Wellness, a small, independent business based in Tasmania, Australia. We offer curated wellness products and resources through a thoughtfully designed online experience. Our site is powered by Shopify, which helps us process orders securely and efficiently.


2. Using Our Services

To use our website or make a purchase, you confirm that you’re at least the age of majority in your state or territory. You’re responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide, including your email, shipping address, and payment details.

You also agree not to misuse the site, that means no illegal activity, no tampering with the website, and no unauthorised use of our content.


3. Our Products

We do our very best to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. That said, colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Products are offered in limited quantities and may be subject to change without notice.


4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy something. Once your payment is processed and accepted, we’ll send you an order confirmation.

Please review your cart carefully before checking out. If you need to change or cancel your order, get in touch quickly and we’ll do our best to help — though we can’t guarantee changes once your order is processed.

All prices are listed in AUD. Additional charges like shipping, taxes or duties will be added at checkout.

We pack and send all orders from our studio in regional Tasmania with care and love. Please allow a little extra time for deliveries, especially if you’re ordering from a rural area or during busy periods.

Once your parcel leaves us, delivery is in the hands of the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to assist with any issues.


6. Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at community@renwellness.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We currently don’t offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your book or product is unopened and in original condition, we’re happy to accept a return for store credit or a refund once it’s safely back with us. You’ll be responsible for return postage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, product descriptions, branding, and text, is owned by Ren Wellness or used with permission. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or redistribute anything from our website without our written consent.


8. Shopify & Third Parties

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the ecommerce platform to serve you. Some features (like checkout and payment processing) are managed through Shopify and its trusted partners.

We may also link to other websites or tools. If you choose to visit these, please note they’re governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
