Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at community@renwellness.com.au within 7 days of receiving.
Change of Mind
We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, we’ll gladly offer a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

The book must be returned in original condition (unused and undamaged)

Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. You’ll be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
